Shipping Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery estimates will be provided based on the shipping method selected and your location however most orders take 5 days on average to get to your door.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within a few hours of shipment. Simply head over to our the tracking page below, enter your code that was sent to you and you should be able to see where your package is at.

Damages: Glow Wave Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping: At this time, we do offer international shipping though your wait time for your item will be a few days extra.
